At GLAZÉIA, we are committed to honest representation, transparent communication, and refined craftsmanship across every piece we offer.
Authenticity
All products sold on the official GLAZÉIA website are original GLAZÉIA designs.
Each order includes a GLAZÉIA Authenticity Card, which confirms that the product has been sourced and quality-checked by our brand.
GLAZÉIA does not sell counterfeit or falsely represented products.
Materials & Composition
GLAZÉIA offers a curated selection of fine, demi-fine, and imitation jewellery.
Our pieces may be crafted using a combination of materials, including:
- Sterling silver (where specified)
- Gold or gold-finish jewellery (including 18K gold vermeil where specified)
- Rose gold and rhodium plating
- Premium alloys and brass (commonly used in imitation jewellery)
- Cubic zirconia (CZ), lab-grown (CVD) stones, and other gemstones
Important:
Materials used in each product are clearly mentioned on the respective product page.
Unless explicitly stated, products should not be assumed to be made of solid precious metals or natural diamonds.
Craftsmanship
Some pieces may be handcrafted or hand-finished.
Minor variations in colour, finish, or detailing may occur and are part of the design process. These are not considered defects.
Product Representation
We strive to display products as accurately as possible. However:
- Slight colour variations may occur due to lighting and screen differences
- Minor visual differences may exist between images and the actual product
- Styling accessories used in photos are not included unless specified
Quality Check
All products undergo a quality inspection prior to dispatch to ensure they meet our internal standards for finish and overall condition.

To maintain quality:

Normal wear and tear, plating fade over time, or damage due to usage conditions is not considered a manufacturing defect.
Skin Sensitivity
Some jewellery materials may cause sensitivity depending on individual skin types.
GLAZÉIA does not guarantee that all products will be suitable for every skin type. If irritation occurs, discontinue use.
