Private Atelier Guidelines
At Glazéia, each Private Atelier creation is a personal collaboration.
To preserve the integrity of this bespoke experience, the following guidelines apply.
1. Artistic Discretion
All custom requests are subject to internal review and approval. Glazéia reserves the right to decline commissions that do not align with the Maison’s aesthetic or craftsmanship standards.
2. Design Approval
Production commences only after written design approval. Once approved, structural or aesthetic modifications may not be possible.
3. Final Sale
All Private Atelier creations are considered final sale.
As each piece is individually crafted, exchanges, returns, or cancellations after production begins are not accepted.
4. Payment Structure
A non-refundable advance is required to initiate design development.
Full payment must be completed prior to dispatch.
5. Stone & Material Availability
Certain stones or materials may be subject to availability. In such cases, suitable alternatives will be presented for approval.
6. Production Timeline
Estimated timelines are provided at the time of confirmation.
While every effort is made to adhere to schedules, handcrafted production may occasionally require additional time.
7. Intellectual Property
All design concepts, sketches, and CAD renderings developed by Glazéia remain the intellectual property of the Maison unless otherwise agreed in writing.
8. Shipping & Duties
International shipments may be subject to local customs duties or import taxes, which remain the responsibility of the client.
9. Care & Maintenance
Private Atelier creations should be handled with care and maintained according to Glazéia’s jewellery care recommendations.
