Private Atelier Policies

At Glazéia, each Private Atelier creation is a personal collaboration — thoughtfully designed and handcrafted exclusively for you. To preserve the integrity and bespoke nature of this experience, the following policies apply.

Made Exclusively for You

Every Private Atelier piece is individually curated and produced upon confirmation. As these creations are made-to-order, they are not pre-stocked and are crafted specifically for the client who commissions them.

Payment Structure

Small Orders

(Single bespoke pieces or low-quantity custom requests)

• Full payment (100%) is required upon final design approval and order confirmation.
• Craftsmanship begins once payment is received.

Bulk Orders

(Multiple pieces or volume-based custom projects)

• A 60% advance is required upon order confirmation.
• The remaining 40% balance is payable prior to dispatch.
• Production commences upon receipt of the advance payment.

Cancellations

As each creation is handcrafted exclusively for you, orders cannot be cancelled once production has begun.

Should a request be withdrawn prior to production, any refund will be considered at our discretion, accounting for design development and material allocation.

Returns & Exchanges

Private Atelier pieces are bespoke and therefore not eligible for returns or exchanges. We encourage clients to carefully review all design details prior to final approval.

Production Timeline

Estimated timelines are shared at confirmation and may vary depending on design complexity, gemstone sourcing, and craftsmanship requirements.

Design Integrity

All custom sketches, renders, and design concepts remain the intellectual property of Glazéia and are part of our creative heritage.

Private Atelier Guidelines
