Return & Refund Policy

Returns

Returns are accepted only if the product is damaged, defective, or incorrect.

We accept returns within 3 days of delivery.

The product must be unused, unworn, and in original packaging with tags intact. Items showing signs of wear, damage, or tampering will not be eligible for return.

Non-returnable items-

  • Earrings and kids jewellery (for hygiene and safety reasons)

  • Customised or altered products

  • Products purchased during sales or special offers (unless damaged)

 

Return Process

To start a return, please contact us at support@galezeia.com with your order number and details of the issue. If your return is accepted, we will provide instructions on how and where to send your package.

Damaged or wrong items Please inspect your order upon reception and contact us within 2 days if the item is defective, damaged, or if you receive the wrong item, so that we can evaluate the issue and make it right.

 

Refunds

  • Once the returned item is received and inspected, we will notify you about approval or rejection.

  • Approved refunds will be processed within 5–7 business days.

  • Refunds will be issued to the original payment method or as store credit, as applicable.

  • Shipping charges are non-refundable.

 

Exchange

  • Exchanges are allowed only for manufacturing defects or wrong items sent.

  • Exchange requests must be raised within 48 hours of delivery.

 

Important Notes

  • An unboxing video is mandatory for damage or missing item claims.

  • glazéia reserves the right to decline returns that do not meet the policy criteria.
